This Ethiopian coffee is from the Duwencho G/H/D Bunna Amrach union, a collective of 116 farmers in Arbegona woreda, Sidama region at 2,300 meters altitude. The 74110 variety is grown organically and processed as a natural (dry process). Hand-picked cherries are sorted by color and dried unwashed on raised African beds for up to 21 days, followed by a two-week rest before dehulling. This underscreen selection features small beans between screen sizes 9-12. Tasting notes include peach gummies, strawberry filling, frangipani, bergamot, lychee, and rose.
