Assembly Coffee

About This Coffee

This coffee is sourced from the Bensa district in the Sidama region of Ethiopia, grown at elevations between 1920 and 2020 meters. Processed at the Gatta station using a natural method, the cherries are dried on raised African beds for 14–18 days. This process results in a syrupy, fruit-forward cup characterized by vibrant sweetness, delicate bergamot floral notes, and impressive clarity. The high altitude and cool temperatures contribute to the development of dense, small beans with concentrated sweetness and complexity.
