This Ethiopian coffee is produced by Bekele Yutute at his Kokose drying station in Bensa, which he purchased in 2019. The farm grows primarily the 74158 variety, common to quality-focused farms in the Bensa region. Bekele produces dry processed coffees for export to U.S. and Korean specialty markets. His natural 74158 variety placed 4th in the Ethiopia Cup of Excellence 2024, and his brother-in-law managed farm won 5th place in the 2021 Cup of Excellence. The coffee is processed using traditional natural methods at the Kokose site.
