Ethiopia Alo Sky Project Infinity 74158 is a single-origin coffee from Bensa, Sidama, Ethiopia (2450 masl). Variety 74158, produced by Tamiru Tadesse, processed using a Darkroom Washed method. Expect bright, floral and fruity notes—cantaloupe, muscat grape, peach, and ylang ylang—developed in a light roast with a delicate body.
