It features varieties 74112 and 74110 processed using Honey Anaerobic fermentation, an experimental post-harvest method. The coffee exhibits delicate tasting notes including white peach, fig leaf, honeysuckle florals, and grapefruit zest finish. It is roasted at an Omni level with a cupping score of 88.
