About This Coffee

This coffee is a 100% Chiroso variety from Anzá, Antioquia, Colombia. Grown at approximately 1,850 meters, it is processed using a traditional washed method described as “3 cochadas” and harvested January 2026. The cup profile notes bright tropical fruit (passion fruit), light florals, lemongrass, and a caramel sweetness with a syrupy body.
