El Venado is a single-origin coffee from Costa Rica, grown by the Delgados above Grecia. This light roast features the SL-28 variety and is processed using the yellow honey method. The flavor profile is characterized by notes of maple syrup, cherry cola, and grapefruit, offering a dense, long finish.
