This coffee is a Red Bourbon variety grown at Finca La Siberia in the Chalchuapa region of Santa Ana, El Salvador. Cultivated at an altitude between 1,450 and 1,675 meters, this lot is processed using the washed method. It offers a flavor profile characterized by notes of milk chocolate, caramel, and stone fruit. The coffee is roasted by Proud Mary and is suitable for both espresso and filter brewing methods.
