This coffee is a single-origin Pacamara variety from the La Dalia farm in the Ahuachapan region of El Salvador. Produced by Jose Guillen, it undergoes a low-temperature anaerobic natural process. The flavor profile is characterized by notes of cherry and gooseberry.
