This coffee is an El Salvador single-origin bean from Finca San Antonio in Chalatenango, produced by Marta Yaneth and Johny Lemus. It is processed as Honey, harvested from Pacamara varieties on about 10 hectares, and dried on patios or raised beds for 20–25 days to develop sweetness and depth. The roast is Omni, suitable for both filter and espresso.
Founded in 2015 by Tobias Stehle and Michael Menrad, District Five operates as Ingolstadt's first specialty coffee roastery. The production facility sits in nearby Manching. The roastery maintains direct relationships with South American producers and holds organic certification.
