This coffee is the #1 Cup of Excellence El Salvador 2022, sourced from Finca El Conacaste, owned by farmer Giancarlo Rusconi. Located in the Santa Ana, Alotepec-Metapán mountain range within the Trifinio region of El Salvador, the farm sits between 1,000 and 2,000 meters above sea level. This lot was grown at 1,600 masl. The variety is Geisha, processed naturally. Flavor notes include peach, rose, tangerine, lavender, Concord grape, passion fruit, lychee, blueberry, and honey.
