This Pink Bourbon from El Origen (Quindío, Colombia) is Red Honey processed at ~1350 masl by producer David Bedoya. Harvested August 2025, the lot presents floral, starfruit, red grape, caramel, chocolate and strawberry notes and is roasted for espresso (dark roast).
