Managed by Pablo Andrés Guerrero, the farm is known for its innovative processing and high-quality cultivation. This specific lot is of the Geisha variety and is processed using the honey method. It offers a complex and clean flavor profile characterized by notes of orange, lime, and lilac.
Evan Inatome and his brother in law Winston Justice, a former Philadelphia Eagles offensive tackle, founded Elixr Coffee in 2010 on Walnut Street in Center City Philadelphia. The roastery now operates seven locations across Philadelphia, State College, Nashville, and Philadelphia International Airport's Terminal B. Elixr specializes in lighter roasted coffees with a focus on sourcing quality, and holds Fair Trade and Organic certifications. The team's competitive record includes a second place finish at the 2018 U.S. Barista Championship and multiple top ten finishes at U.S. Roasting Championship events.
