El Obraje is a coffee from Hacienda El Obraje in the Nariño department of Colombia, grown at high elevation in the Tangua area outside Pasto. The coffee benefits from significant daily temperature variations (32°C at noon to 8°C at night) and volcanic mineral-rich rocky soil. The farm processes both natural and washed coffees using modern facilities with tile fermentation tanks, mechanical oven dryers, and raised drying beds under a solar dryer.
