This coffee is from El Morito farm in the Jalapa department of Guatemala, produced by farmer Jose Roberto Monterroso Pineda. The coffee is a washed processed Pacamara variety. Flavor notes include nougat, grapefruit, and citrus. It has medium sweetness and body with high acidity.
