This single-origin coffee is from Loja region in Ecuador, grown at an altitude of 1300–1800 meters above sea level. The coffee features the Typica Mejorado varietal and is produced by Juan Peña using a washed processing method. It offers a balanced flavor profile with notes of red apple, coconut sugar, orange, and sweet herbs.
