This Typica Mejorado is grown by Jose Jijon at Fincas del Putushio in Ecuador. It is a dry washed Arabica coffee roasted to a moderate level by Onyx Coffee Lab. The flavor profile features notes of orange blossom, pear, raw sugar, and papaya. This coffee is suitable for both filter and espresso brewing methods.
