A single-origin coffee from Jarabacoa, Dominican Republic, produced by Alfred Diaz at 1480 m. The lot is Caturra variety processed as a "Winy Natural" (natural/dry-style processing with wine-like fermentation character). Light roasted, it displays bright, juicy acidity with tasting notes of strawberry, red wine, fig, plum and melting milk chocolate, making it suitable for both espresso and filter preparations.
