This coffee is grown by Diego Horta on his farm, El Rincon, in Santa Maria, Huila, Colombia, at an altitude of 1700 meters. The coffee consists of Caturra and Castillo varieties and undergoes an anaerobic natural process at the La Palma facility, involving 190 hours of fermentation. The flavor profile is characterized by pronounced red fruit notes, including black cherry and grape, with a boozy sweetness reminiscent of cherry cordial. It also features notes of marzipan, spiced orange, and a craft chocolate finish.
