A decaffeinated coffee from the Chiapas region in southwest Mexico, known for its contrasting landscape of coastal areas, valleys, mountains, and tropical forests. The natural water decaffeination process preserves the bean's aromas while eliminating caffeine. Varieties include Bourbon, Caturra, and Typica. Washed processed, roasted for espresso and automatic machine. The result is a balanced cup with notes of chocolate and caramel.
