This decaf coffee is sourced from 60–70 small producers in the Tesalia and Teruel regions of Huila, Colombia. Grown at an altitude of 1700 meters in volcanic soils, this coffee features a blend of Tabi, Castillo, and Caturra varieties. It is processed using the Sugarcane EA method, which preserves the original flavor profile while removing 99.9% of the caffeine. The cup offers a sweet and syrupy body with tasting notes of milk chocolate, apple, raisins, and caramel, finishing with a fruity character.
Clifftop Coffee Roasters is a Portugal-based specialty roaster that sources single-origin coffee seasonally and ships it freshly roasted across Europe. It started in 2021 with coffee roasted on a balcony overlooking the sea and sold at a local market, then grew into a nano-roastery. The operation has scaled up since, with a bigger roaster, and a dedicated warehouse. Green coffee is sourced seasonally and roasted for balance and consistency, backed by quality control and regular cupping, across a rotating lineup that has recently included Guatemala, Colombia, Peru, Brazil, and Rwanda.
