A decaffeinated washed Colombian coffee sourced from 65 farming families under the Cooperativa Divino Niño del Horizonte & ASOCAFOR in Suaza, Huila. Grown at 1300–1950 MASL, the lots include Castillo, Caturra, Colombia, Pink Bourbon, and Gesha varieties. Many producers farm organically or are transitioning to organic. Decaffeinated using the Ethyl Acetate (sugarcane) method, which preserves sweetness and structure. Tasting notes include Bananas Foster, Milk Chocolate, and Creamy.
