It is a blend of Caturra, Pink Bourbon, Castillo, and Colombia varieties, decaffeinated using the Ethyl Acetate sugarcane process. The flavor profile features notes of caramel and baked apple in the aroma, with a syrupy sweetness and a lingering red apple acidity that leads to a clean finish.
