DAWN Decaf is a specialty decaffeinated coffee from Grownd, made from 100% Arabica beans. The beans are sourced from sustainably and fairly traded farms, harvested ripe and carefully processed. The decaffeination uses a sugarcane method resulting in a sweeter flavor. It is offered whole bean with options for grind size tailored to various brewing methods such as espresso, Aeropress, French Press, and filter.
Originally established in 2002 by founders Sascha Spittel and Robert Stock as Tres Cabezas and rebranded to 19grams in 2018, this Berlin-based roastery has been a pioneer in bringing specialty coffee to Germany when the movement was barely recognized in the country.
