A single origin coffee produced by Alvaro Gonzalez at La Buena Tierra farm in the highlands of Barreta, Coclé, Panama, at 1000–1100 meters above sea level. The Typica variety was harvested in January 2020 and processed using the washed method. Sourced via Direct Trade by WE THE ORIGIN. This dark roast espresso coffee offers tasting notes of Baker's Chocolate, Hazelnut, and Blackberry, and pairs well with milk or alternative milks.
