Da Funk is a natural-processed blend of Guji, Ethiopia and Tres Dragones (Quindío), Colombia. Roast level is Light. The coffee is 50% Guji (natural) and 50% Tres Dragones (natural), built from Colombian varieties and Ethiopian heirlooms. Tasting notes emphasize boozy chocolate, brandy, and dark fruit with a syrupy body and a chocolate-liqueur finish, offering a bold, fruit-forward profile.
