Produced by Gasharu Coffee, this Red Bourbon variety undergoes an anaerobic washed process, resulting in a fruit-forward, bright, and juicy cup. Tasting notes include Strawberry, Plum, Rose, White Tea, Peach, and Magnolia. Roasted Light/Medium and suitable for both filter and espresso. Cup score: 87.00. Harvested June 2021.
