This Costa Rica single-origin coffee is grown in Santa Teresa, Tarrazú at about 2000 MASL and processed with a white honey method. The lot features 100% Cataui, grown on Finca Santa Teresa and processed at the Santa Teresa micromill. Flavor notes include sweet orange, yellow plum, and milk chocolate with an elegant, delicate mouthfeel.
