This coffee is a single-origin offering from the San Francisco farm in the San Pablo region of Los Santos, Costa Rica. Produced by La Chumeca at an altitude of 1700-1900 meters, this coffee is a blend of CR95 and Typica varieties. It undergoes a natural anaerobic fermentation process, resulting in a flavor profile featuring notes of raspberry jam, green apple, and black tea, complemented by a sparkling mouthfeel.
Established in 2011 in Ålesund, JACU is named after a bird known for selecting only the best coffee berries, a philosophy that guides their sourcing of high-quality, traceable beans.
