About This Coffee

A single-origin coffee from Las Lajas (Sabanilla, Alajuela), produced by Oscar and Francisca Chacón at 1400–1600 m. Variety Centroamericano H1 processed as a Black Diamond Natural (an aerobic fermented natural/honey-style experiment). Light roast with tasting notes of plum wine, blood orange, jam, loquat and milk chocolate; clean, sweet texture and a long, smooth finish. Suitable for espresso and filter brewing.

LiLo Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee roastery and café founded in Osaka’s Amerikamura district in 2014, and is regarded as one of the city’s early specialty coffee pioneers.
