Costa Rica Don Eli from Los Santos (Montero family) is a Catuai lot grown at 1550 masl. Processed using a Tomodachi honey anaerobic method, it offers forest berry, mulled wine, and orange notes with a bright, medium-light filter roast profile and a delicate body.
