Costa Rica Don Eli is a Catuai lot from the Montero family in Los Santos, offered as unroasted (green) coffee. The lot is processed as a mucilage ferment at 1550 masl and presents tasting notes of dried apricot, green apple, and honey. Crop year is 2025.
