This coffee is a single-origin selection from Fazenda Estrela Carvalho, located in the Pântano terroir of Coromandel, Cerrado Mineiro, Brazil. Grown at an elevation of 1130 meters, this coffee is a blend of Topázio, Catuaí 9, Paraíso, Árara, and Icatu varieties. It is processed using the natural method. The cup profile is elegant and expressive, featuring balanced layers of sweetness and clarity with distinct tasting notes of caramel, chocolate, and orange blossom.
