This single-origin Brazilian coffee from the Santa Cecilia farm is a Catuaí variety (100% Arabica) noted for its peaberry character. Labeled as an espresso, it delivers tasting notes of milk chocolate, caramel and hazelnut with a sweet, chocolatey profile suited to espresso preparations.
Originally established in 2002 by founders Sascha Spittel and Robert Stock as Tres Cabezas and rebranded to 19grams in 2018, this Berlin-based roastery has been a pioneer in bringing specialty coffee to Germany when the movement was barely recognized in the country.
