Rösttrommel Kaffeerösterei

About This Coffee

This coffee is from Campo Hermoso farm in the Valle del Cauca region of Colombia, owned by Edwin Noreña, a COE juror and Q-Grader. Grown at 1900 meters altitude, it is the Sudan Rume variety processed using an innovative Lactic Mosto Enigma Hops Black Honey method. The cherries undergo 72-hour maceration with specific yeast and Enigma hop powder, followed by slow sun-drying in a greenhouse for 10-15 days.
