About This Coffee

This single-origin coffee is sourced from Popayan, Cauca, Colombia, grown at an altitude of 1,500 to 2,000 meters. It consists of Castillo and Caturra varieties and is processed using the Sugarcane Ethyl Acetate (EA) decaffeination method. The roast profile is medium-dark, offering a smooth, medium-bodied cup with flavor notes of apple, sugarcane, and milk chocolate. It is suitable for both pour-over and espresso brewing methods.
