The coffee undergoes a Sugarcane or Ethyl Acetate (EA) decaffeination process. It features a flavor profile of apple, sugarcane, and milk chocolate, with a medium, smooth body. The acidity level varies from medium to high depending on the roast level. This crop is part of the Popayan Reserve Program, sourced from microlot farmers who utilize nutrient-rich volcanic soil.
