About This Coffee

This coffee is a Caturron variety from the Villa Betulia farm in the Huila region of Colombia, grown at an altitude of 1600 meters. Produced by Luis Aníbal Calderón, it undergoes a 150-hour fermentation process, starting with 36 hours of aerobic fermentation followed by anaerobic conditions, and is finished with controlled mechanical drying. This natural processed coffee offers a complex flavor profile featuring notes of hibiscus, raspberry, liquorice, dark chocolate, and red grape. It is roasted as an omni-roast, making it suitable for both espresso and filter brewing methods.
