Single-origin Colombia Viani from Cundinamarca (1300–1800 masl), composed of Colombia, Castillo and Typica varieties. Beans are washed (with occasional hybrid/extended fermentation and demucilage) and roasted light / medium-light. Tasting notes highlight stonefruit, cocoa and grape with bright acidity and a medium body, suitable for filter or espresso.
