A regional coffee produced by 20 smallholders from Tablon de Gomez, Narino, Colombia, grown at 1,800–2,100 MASL. Narino is located in southern Colombia near the Ecuador border. Only lots scoring 85+ are included in this blend. The coffee features Castillo and Caturra varieties processed using the washed method. Flavor notes include figs, milk chocolate, raisin, brown sugar, and cane. Sold as 200g whole bean.
