A single-origin coffee from producer Wilder Lasso in San Adolfo, Colombia. This Geisha variety coffee undergoes a distinctive semi-washed process featuring 140 hours of double fermentation with submerged anaerobic fermentation in mucilage, followed by 18 days of sun drying. The coffee presents a light body with floral characteristics including lavender and bergamot oil notes, with vanilla sugar and creamy earl grey-like qualities. As it cools, orange blossom notes emerge alongside subtle walnut undertones.
