This coffee originates from Santa Monica farm in the Quindío region of Colombia, grown at 1,450–1,500 meters altitude by producer Jairo Arcila. The beans are Castillo variety processed using a washed method with strawberry fermentation technique. The coffee features strawberry, tangerine, and milk chocolate flavor notes with distinctive perfumed aromatics.
