This coffee is from Huila, Colombia, produced by Rodrigo Sánchez (El Edén farm, Samaria district). Harvested at about 1500–1650 masl, the lot is Purple Caturra and Bourbon and processed as a Sangria Co‑Fermented Washed lot (co-fermented with red fruit juices and cultivated microorganisms). Tasting notes list Sangria, Grape Candy, and Cherry Cola.
