This Colombia Popayán Reserve is from Cauca's Popayán Reserve and is a washed coffee produced by smallholder producers. Varieties listed include Castillo, Catimor, Typica, and Caturra. Grown at 1,500–2,070 masl, it presents tasting notes of honeydew, fudge, and black walnut with a soft acidity and a balanced finish.
