Naturally processed and grown at 1700 meters above sea level, where higher elevation slows cherry maturation and drying the whole fruit builds deep sweetness and a rounder structure. The cup offers prunes and dates up front, followed by cocoa nibs and warm caramel sweetness. The body is dense and velvety with a calm, integrated acidity.
