This is a nano lot coffee from Colombia, featuring the Bourbon Aji variety named "Mil Cuatro." The processing involves a double soaked washed method: all mucilage is removed, then beans are soaked for 12 hours, water is refreshed, followed by another 10-hour soak in water. The coffee is then dried using the African bed (raised bed) method.
