This coffee is a Caturra variety produced by Astrid Medina at Finca Buena Vista in the Gaitania region of Planadas, Tolima, Colombia. Grown at an altitude of 1,700-2,000 meters, this coffee is processed using a washed method with a 35-hour fermentation period and 30 days of drying on raised beds. It features a light roast profile with flavor notes of fig, raisin, and toffee, complemented by a juicy, light body and malic acidity reminiscent of green or yellow apple.
