This coffee is sourced from producers across the Huila region of Colombia and processed at Linarco Rodriguez Castillo's farm. The cherries undergo a fermentation process between 14–22 °C for 72 hours, followed by pulping and a 48-hour oxidation period. This washed coffee offers a beautifully structured profile characterized by sweetness and fruit clarity, complemented by a gentle creaminess and a lingering, balanced finish.
