This coffee is a single-origin cultivar from Colombia, grown at 1500 meters elevation in the Risaralda region. The Caturra variety undergoes an anaerobic washed processing with nitrogen-charged fermentation inoculated with watermelon and passionfruit. It is roasted to an expressive light level and features a flavor profile dominated by watermelon candy, subtle florals, red fruits, and bright acidity.
