This coffee is a single-origin Yellow Bourbon variety from the La Esperanza farm in the Cauca region of Colombia, grown at an altitude of 1840 meters. It is processed using a washed method, which includes a two-stage fermentation process of 28 hours in cherry and 24 hours after pulping. The flavor profile features a refreshing acidity reminiscent of lemongrass, sweetness like pear, fruitiness of papaya, and a floral quality similar to rooibos tea.
